Understanding the client requirements by upgrading his knowledge and experience to deliver effective engineering training with international standards to the Engineering candidates, fresh Engineers in M3 Engineering Academy to become an independent professional Engineer. Masthan has good experience in standards of Indian, US, BS, ASHRAE, CIBSE codes, design softwares like HAP, Autocad, Revit etc and vast site experience. To ensure that MEP systems are compliance with latest acceptance international standards, codes and UAE Local Authority regulations. He has experience in working India, Middle East, UK and Australian projects. Professional experience in study and implementation of sustainable design in comply with US, BS, ASHRAE, CIBSE, ESTIDAMA and aware of LEED standards. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, DB scheduling Calculation, Lighting Protection Analysis, lighting fixtures, Cb’s, cable sizing, Cable tray & trunking calculation and other engineering related calculations, softwares. He is handling MEP Training for the Graduate engineers and Diploma Engineers in M3 Engineering Academy.
